Hail, noble Visitors, and Welcome, to the Modern Middle Ages! This is
the online home of the Shire of Forth Castle, a local chapter of the
Kingdom of Meridies, which itself is a subgroup within the Society of
Creative Anachronism, an international non-profit organization dedicated
to the study and recreation of life in the Middle Ages and the
Renaissance.
Our lands include the cities of Savannah, Hinesville, Pooler, Springfield,
Rincon, Pembroke, Richmond Hill, and Brooklet in the state of Georgia.
For over 40 years the members and groups in the SCA have held
tournaments, festivals, classes, feasts, and epic battles with
HUNDREDS of armor-clad warriors to a side!
As a member of the SCA, and Forth Castle, you will make lifelong friends
with others who share your interests, whether it be as a warrior, artisan,
scholar, archer, minstrel, brewer, or any of the other countless exciting
activities that the SCA espouses!
