WEEKLY: Fighter Practice at L Scott Stell Park, Saturdays at 10 am
If you are just getting involved or thinking about it, our weekly fighter practice
is an ideal chance to see what this is all about, meet the people of Forth
Castle, and get all your questions answered.
MONTHLY: Shire Business Meeting and Social, L Scott Stell Park
Held on the second Saturday of the month, the Shire meeting is another great
opportunity to make friends, learn more about how the Shire and SCA works,
and find your 'niche' amidst all the diverse activities that comprise the Dream
that is the Society for Creative Anachronism.

Next Shire Event: 12th Night, January 16th at 10 am
This is a very low-key and informal event that will be held at Skidaway
Island State Park.
Activities will include the Shire Championship Tourney, a feast, and a gift
exchange. Plan to bring a dish and a small gift (<$15) if you wish to
participate!
12th Night is perfect for newcomers as a 'first SCA event', as you'll get to
watch, or perhaps even be part of, your first armored Tournament, and it
will give you a taste for more!

Next Shire Event: The Bizarre Bazaar, March 27th
This is Forth Castle's annual event, to be held at Ft McAllister. The theme
will be the wonders the Crusaders encountered in their journey to and
from the Holy Land.

Kingdom-Wide Events
We strive to put on local Forth Castle events that are fun, entertaining and
educational...with that being said, to truly experience the majesty and
grandeur of the Society for Creative Anachronism, you absolutely must
travel to events held elsewhere in the Kingdom, or the Known World.

If you are thinking of going to an event, post about it on our member
forum...chances are, someone else in our Shire is going too!
